About the Role

This is an exciting role for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer with excellent communication skills to perform a full function AR duties including receipting, reconciliations and stakeholder liaison. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Posting and allocating of all cash receipts in Microsoft Great Plains software
  • Follow up payments for due invoices
  • Timely and accurate processing and e-mailing of customer billing statements for all assigned customers on a weekly basis.
  • Perform day to day AR transactions
  • Reconcile weekly accounts receivable ledger
  • Monthly HSBC Credit Card Reconciliation
  • Regular review of ageing reports with Financial Accountant / Finance Manager
  • Support cross functions within the business providing support and assistance as required, and being point of contact.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of credits and other adjustments 
  • Manual invoicing as required including monthly intercompany recharges
  • Ongoing assistance to Accounts Payable when required

Skills and experience

  • 3-5 years AR/AP exposure
  • Full function Accounts Receivable knowledge
  • Problem solver
  • Good knowledge of Excel & Great Plains
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A proactive member within a team
  • Great attention to detail
  • Time management skills
